Introduction

Iron Plate Beef is top easy recipes for dinner. this food is delicious, tasty, it is also called Teppanyaki, using a lot of ingredients and cooking at a large iron plate. This food is popular in China and Japan.

Time: 20 minutes                                               Serve:    2-3




Ingredients:

      Main ingredients:

  • cut to be filaments or Square shape,
  • 9 oz Beef
  • 1 medium Green pepper .,
  • medium 1 Red sweet pepper (if you like hot, you can put red hot pepper)
  • 1 medium Onion

      Auxiliary ingredients: 

  • 3-4 slices of Ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp black Peppercorns.
  • 2 tbs salad oil or olive oil .

    All the seasoning :

  • 1/2 tsp salt ,
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbs. rice wine
  • 1/2 tbs. chili sauce (ignore if you don’t like hot),
  • 1/4 water
  • 1-2 tbs.salad oil
  • 1 tsp of pepper

Direction:

1. Mix all the marinade and add it to the beef and mix it with the sauce, still for 10 to 20 minutes (you also can cover with plastic wrap surface into the olive oil and plastic wrap, put into the refrigerator fresh room (40°F) about 3 hours or moreo before going to work).

2. Put prepared green peppers and sweet red peppers into the boiling water to boil hot to cook for 20 seconds, remove and drain spare.

3. Mix all the seasonings into a bowl and set aside.

4. Take a pan or iron plate to heat, add salad oil or olive oil, first put onion filaments, ginger, black Peppercorns with a small fire incense, and then add the practice 1 beef filaments, practice 2 green pepper and sweet red pepper filaments and practice 3 of the sauce, to fire quickly fry until the taste can be evenly about 2 minutes.

    I have a question though, is it all that healthy? I can see you have a lot of ingredients there so I was just wondering if they’re high in fat and calories.

However, how much calories would you prefer per day, you have to think remaining weight, loading or increasing weight. I will deal with those questions late.     I do have one question about the ingredients. What is chicken powder? Are you referring to bouillon?
