½ Chicken breast
½ small cucumber
¼ medium onion
½ pepper (option)
1 tbs. Oyster sauce,
½ cup boiled water,
¼ tsp. white pepper,
½ tsp. salt,
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil.
- put chicken breast in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and pull the water out to remove much fat. Then put the chicken breast in boiling water again for about 25 minutes. Cool the cooked chicken, and slice by hand or fork.
- Slice carrot, onion, cucumber and put in the boiling water to boil for ½ to 1 minute and take it out and put in the cool water for half minute, then drain the water out.
- Prepare flavor sauce. 1 tbs. Oyster sauce, ½ cup boiled water, ¼ tsp. white pepper, ½ tsp. salt, 1 tsp. brown sugar,1 tsp. vinegar,1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil.
- Top with white sesame seed if you desired and sesame oil before eat.
