Main Ingredients: 30 oz. carrots
2 green onion as seasoning or 1-2 parsley (option)
1 tbs. white sugar.
3-4 tbs. Vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. sesame oil
- carrots washed, cut into two, straight knife cut into pieces, and then cut into filaments, add with a little salt on and mixed; cut white green onion into silk.
- Rinse the radish in the dish with cold water again, drain, with white of green onion together into the tray, and then into the sugar, vinegar, salt, sesame oil, mix and then serve.
- You can use carrot instead of radish, that will be Sweet Sour Radish Salad
- Eat this with other dishes, such as any kinds of meats, BBQ, bread.
