Introduction:
Steam Chicken Pie is one of easy cooking recipes. It use chopped chicken breast, onion, potato, mushroom, bean sprouts and seasoning ingredients to mix together and steam it. It is healthy Easy Cooking food.
Time: 30 minutes (preparing 10, cooking 20 minutes) Serve 2-3
Ingredients:
- Main meat and vegetables: 1 lb. chicken breast, 1 medium Onion, 1 medium potato, 1 handful green bean sprouts (option), 1 oz. mushroom. 1 egg
- Seasoning ingredients: 1-2 tbs. sesame oil, ¼ tsp. ground cumin power, ¼ star aniseed powder, ¼ tsp. Black pepper, ¼ tsp. white pepper, and 1 tbs. cooking wine, 1 tbs. of soy sauce, ¼ tsp. salt, 1 tbs. soy sauce, 1 tbs. green bean powder, 1 tbs. corn powder, 1 tbs. and sweet potato powder. 2 green onion. A few thin pieces of ginger.
Direction:
- Wash the meat and vegetables. Chop chicken breast, and cut potato, onion, ginger, and green onion into small pieces. Break egg to get egg white.
- Add egg white and all the seasoning ingredients to the chopped ground chicken breast, mix it as one direction until it feels sticky. After that, add onion, potato, corn powder, sweet potato powder, green bean powder, green sprouts, egg yolk and mix, stirring in one direction until thick.
- Fill some water into the steam cooker and put it on stove, turn on fire to high heat.
- Put all ingredients into a pyrex plate or cooking container and then put it into the steam cooker for 20 minutes after water boiling and steaming.
Tips
- If you don’t have green bean powder, sweet potato powder, you can use sticky rice flour.
- This food can be served with white rice, bread, and some cool vegetables.
- You also can use electric steam cooker to steam.
